Hi, I'm Becky, the owner of Fleek & Fluff. Let me share a little bit about myself.
I've been an NHS midwife since I was 21, and from the age of 14, I knew that my passion was to care for and nurture others. Witnessing new life come into the world has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life, and it’s shaped who I am today.
Alongside my career in midwifery, I've always had a creative side and a deep love for skincare and beauty. That passion led me to pursue my dream of running my own business in the beauty industry, where I could help people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
Through my journey, I’ve come to realise just how much of an impact good brows can have. They truly transform a face, and every client I've had the pleasure of microblading leaves feeling not only more beautiful, but often a little younger, too.
When I'm not working, you'll find me indulging my love for animals—especially my two adorable Devon Rex cats, who are definitely my babies. I’m also an iced coffee enthusiast and a self-proclaimed foodie. I can talk for hours about great places to eat, must-try dishes, and dream holiday spots. I pride myself on creating a relaxed atmosphere where my clients feel at ease, and I’ll always be here to chat and calm any pre-appointment nerves.

My Services
Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup technique that uses a small handheld tool with fine needles to create tiny, superficial cuts to the top layer of the skin. Pigment is implanted into these cuts, creating hair-like strokes that mimic natural, full, and defined brows.
A lash lift and tint is a non-invasive treatment that enhances your natural lashes. The lift creates a beautiful curl, while the tint adds depth and definition, giving you fuller, darker lashes without the need for mascara. Perfect for a low-maintenance, wide-awake look!
I am currently undergoing further training in more semipermanent makeup techniques including ombre and machine hair-stroke brows. These techniques are better suited to clients with oily or mature skin, I am excited to commence these incredible treatments!
